Premium Marketplace Without the Premium Price
Lots of Questions
Will I receive an e-mail when an item has sold or someone has placed a bid? Is there a page to set up prefilled fields? Is there a page to see how many times our listings have been viewed?

hi Bamie8, yes, an email is sent when someone has placed a bid as well as when the item is sold. There is a preferences page. We are presently considering bringing back the page view count.

I sold an item and did not receive an e-mail. I found out about the sale when I received a notice from PayPal. Where is the preferences page?

The preferences page used to be under my account and the place where you put your information used to have check boxes for preferences. There is no pre-filled fields page as of yet. What I usually do is set up a notepad .txt file for the general information I add to every auction and add the details after copy and paste.

Log into your Epier acct, go to my account go to my profile and then personalized settings I think that is where you might find the area where you check off what emails you get sent. The message center has been reformatted some what as well as the my acct section.hope this helps!

J, I am glad to see you taking ownership here and answering some of the questions. We need more of this as we need everyone to pitch in to help answer everyone's questions. And hopefully many of the more experienced members will help new members who will in turn help more new members and so on. Together we can build the community.

It is not my intention to take "ownership" here, I do not own the site or work for the site, and I am accountable for my own actions and responsibilities in life, as to owning, I'm only going to to try to assist members if I am online and see a question I might be able to assist with having had a similar experience myself.
Epier has Always since it's inception been considerate & consistent in answering either my email or taking prompt action to solve a problem that I may have incurred on the Epier site, and I notified that an occurance has happened.
If Epier does not know about a problem a site user is having, the site management site owners can't solve the problem, that's the bottom line.
Experiencing similar problems at some point and being able to share the information is just paying it forward to most auction/store sites so they may grow and everyone prospers.
Thanks for the comment. I appreciate that this site has been considerate and consistent in answering my emails or taken prompt action to a concern or problem with the site.
Other members have helped me in the past at not only Epier but other sites as well, and paying it forward is a reward in itself, building community and life experience.
